TELEMARKETING JOB

Telemarketing is a job where one market through phone. It’s better known as direct marketing in which a sales person tries to convince the customer to buy a product or service. Telemarketing is amount the best way to promote a product or services. Every telemarketing company has a corporate office and the call centre. A call centre will be managed by a project manager. He or she then finds agents to work. A telemarketing runs on projects (A company hires a telemarketing company to promote their products is consider a project). A telemarketer job is just to make call and convince customer to buy for the product or services. All these call data is actually bought or get from telecommunication companies. All these data (leads) will be in the database and the telemarketer job is to call. The call a telemarketer makes is all outbound calls. An inbound call is when the customer call back for confirmation. Usually pay is given base on basis + commission. After you have reach your target what above that is consider as commission. Its sound easy but there is a lot of pros and cons on telemarketing job.
Tips on being a great telemarketer
Tone: Your tone must be an exciting smooth tone, and then only the customer would want to hear what you’re saying.
Patient: Always be patient on your customers. Sometimes you will have customer who ask a lot of question, or moody.
Facts: One of the most important think is getting your facts right. You must know in out of the product your promoting.
Right person: Speaking to the right person or the person in charge is very important because he or she will be the person who can make decision. Confident: You must be very confident on the product’s benefit before you convince a customer. Then only u will have the confident to answer every question your customer asks you
